The Marriage Story

Right from our childhood, we girls are told that we'll marry a guy at a right age and will leave our parents ever. And every single girl hate this thing at that time and always say  that she won't leave her parents and won't go anywhere. But when the day comes we accepts the reality and want to be at our best and I must tell you  every girl looks prettiest at her wedding 👰.

Most of you don't know that I'm married . And I  wanted to write about this because today's scenario is that everyone is scared of the name of marriage . Its not that scary😜. What I feel is you have to be pragmatic, you just can't live in your fairy tale sort of dreams, that you'll marry a prince who will come on white horse ( I still don't understand this concept 🙄) . You always make adjustments when you are married and I don't feel bad about this, because you are two people totally different, and you have to adjust sometimes for each other. For me the most important thing is respect,if you can't give one than don't expect one. I feel blessed to have this respect in my life.

There are so many things about marriage, good or bad. You have to balance things, and always look at the brighter side. If you're clear in your mind about yourself, what your priorities are and what you want from your life, nothing can pull you back. There are times when you feel so low and you need a person to cheer you up, and marriage gave me that person❤️.

From a long time I wanted to write something different and this thing really clicked my mind and I think the best day is today because today's my hubby's birthday and nothing can't be better than this. Happy birthday to the person who belong with me❤️ , this ones specially for you because it wouldn't have been this beautiful without you. Here are pics of us.

Desi Vibes

There was a time when being called desi, was a kind of insult. If someone was wearing mix match clothes, we girls would be like kaisi lg rhi hai dressing sense hi nhi hai, desi lag rhi h ek dum 🙄. And yes we girls have that super power to examine within a second  what the other girl is wearing from top to toe 😂. We may not remember her face but we'll definitely remember her outfit 😬.

These days this boho and desi look is so in. I don't like this  matching thing, matching shoes, matching dress, matching bag, this whole thing makes me so fuddle 😑. And you can't even afford. I feel boho is the new version of desi, the stylish version😉. I love to create such looks ❤️ because they are comfortable ( no heels😂) , you don't need to worry about matching everything, and yes even your massy hair works.

Denim is so versatile that you can pair it with anything in any form. Culottes are so much in these days, that's why I bought denim culottes. Paired my denim culottes with graphic tee. I always feel outfits are incomplete without accessories so I went for big silver earrings. And my favourite sneakers to complete the look. Tied my hair in a ponytail because its so hot here that I can't imagine myself with open hair 😧.  Now comes pictures,

They say " Be patient, good things take time". I'm the most impatient person in this world🙄, when I started blogging I thought, I won't loose control and I'll just do my work. But after a while I started feeling this won't work and I was about to quit blogging. BANARAS : The Holy City

Hey people!!! so as I promised, I am taking you all to another city of India and its Banaras.You might be thinking why am I writing about Banaras because its not that popular among youngsters, but hold on guyz this place is ethereal and you definitely gonna love.Banaras is all about temples, old architecture, ganga ghaat and yes banarasi paan {which I didn't like at all}. You must be wondering why I went there, actually I went there to attend one of my friends' wedding. And instead of attending wedding😝 I explored the Banaras.

I landed in the morning with my friends. We hired the cab and headed for our hotel. Rested for 2-3 hours and geared up to explore Banaras because we had only one day. First we went to Sarnath, learned more about budha. Place was really beautiful especially flowers. After that we went to see the excavation of Sarnath and next we visited museum. These three places were really good. But at the same time we were totally dead because of the hot weather.

In the evening we planned to visit to ganga ghaat. I was really excited because it was my time to visit ganga ghaat. I must tell you that  this place made me speechless and I was spellbound. We spent 2 hrs there, watched ganga aarti,(best part of Banaras). We took the boat to see all ghaats. The moment we took the leave from ghaat, it started raining ☔️ 😣, although I like rain so much but that time not. We rushed to take cab but there was no cab, no autowala was ready to take us to hotel. Finally we took rickshaw but before that how can we miss banarasi  paan and thandai😛😛.  After having paan and thandai we rushed to our hotel. Got ready in 5 minutes for the wedding because we were really late🙈.

Indian and Western look with Crop Top

Hey everyone!!!! how're you all? I hope doing good. I know, I know its been such a long long time that I have written  a blog post...but  now onwards I would try I'll be regular😜. My most favourite season is here yeyyyy its rainy season... I just love this time...watching rain with a coffee mug in my hand, its just lovely and ya one thing more I always miss mummy ke hath ke pakode😋😋 ( mummy se dur rhne ka nuksaan 😟) because I'm too lazy to cook for myself😜.

So in today's post I tried my crop top in 2 way. I wore my crop top in 2 two ways, one is indian and other one is western. Don't worry guyz I won't repeat those same western looks where you pair your crop top with jeans, palazzo pants, shorts or skirt.. I have something really different...which I liked very much.

For my western look I tried my crop top with a dress,yes you heard it right.. there are times when I wear my western dress but the moral police's eyes gets so big as if I'm wearing something really wrong and bad 🙄. What I did was, I wore my dress over my crop top.. I know it sounds odd but it looks super pretty. I have this one easy breezy dress which I bought from Sarojini Nagar😜 and wore this over my crop top. Styled my hair a little bit, paired my fav boho neckpiece with it, and my all time comfy sneakers and done with the whole look.

Now coming to indian look, I see girls wearing crop top over lehenga and as a blouse of saree but I have something different in my bucket. I wore my crop top with a patiyala salwar and bandhej duppatta ( coming from rajasthan, bandhej is must in my wardrobe ) . And for my hair styling credit goes to my beloved friend Sakshi❤️ for suggesting french braid for this look and it turned out really good. Indian look is incomplete without a bindi for me so I put small bindi. And kolhapuri slippers to complete the look.

DIY : With Denim

Hey guyz how r u all? I know its been a long time, since I have uploaded any blog post but I'm back with a bang. Actually I was busy in celebrating my success this week☺️, qualified an important exam. And yes I'm back to my home, away from hussle of Delhi. I shot for this blog post before coming to home town.

This post is really special for me, because I tried for the first time DIY and that too with denim. You must have seen people going crazy for DIY these days, and I'm always up for crazy things😜. I tried DIY with denim crop top and jeans. For jeans what I did was, I pasted patchworks at my jeans, I took out one of my old kashmiri kurta and sequins top, did cutting of kurta and sequins top in different different shapes and pasted them on my jeans. Ready with the jeans✌🏻.

Crop top story is a bit different. I brought dungri last year from sarojini nagar but that didn't fit me well, so I cut my dungri into shorts😃, but that also didn't fit me ( still wondering itni moti to nhi hu ). I didn't let go this thing...paise lge hai kuch to use aaye😂. So I decided to turn my shorts into crop top and yeyyyyy I finally succeeded. I took out my all nailpaints and painted the top and added some glitter to add shine to the top. One of my statement neckpiece broke last week so I used that one also to give funky look, I pasted neckpiece pieces at the top. Paired my boho silver neckpiece, bracelet and shoes to complete the look. Unexpectedly whole look turned out really good and I was super happy☺️. Here is the pictures.
